SHONE PUIPIA offers standard delivery worldwide.
Orders will be dispatched during business days, from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 - 18:00 ICT (UCT+7).
We offer free shipping for orders in Thailand. Orders will be delivered via:
- Bangkok: messenger courier
- Rest of Thailand: Thailand Post EMS
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express. Shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the country of destination. Estimated delivery times are:
- Zone Asia: 2-3 days
- Zone Europe & UK: 3-5 days
- Zone USA & Canada: 5-7 days
- Rest of World: 7-10 days
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.
Made-to-order items are produced especially for each customer from our in-house studio. When adding certain items to the shopping cart, the site will ask you to specify some garment details, such as closure side and lengths, to better suit your measurements. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. Please allow 7-14 days for production (unless otherwise indicated on the product page) to complete your order.
Once your order is completed and has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.
Please ensure to check our Terms & Conditions and that all details are correct prior to placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we cannot make changes, edit your billing and/or shipping details, or cancel your order.
For orders with readily available stock, we will process your order within 1-3 business days after placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Taxes and Duties
The prices of products are expressed in Thai Baht (THB), inclusive of VAT but excluding customs duties. Prices at checkout will be charged in THB only. The site provides a currency conversion option in US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Japanese Yen (JPY), and Chinese Yuan Renminbi (CNY), which are approximate prices based on live exchange rates and are only for indication.
For international orders, all additional taxes and customs duties should be taken care of by you upon delivery of the order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs. The price associated with duties and taxes varies from country to country.
Should SHONE PUIPIA mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due.
If additional taxes and customs duties were refused to be paid by the customer, these costs will get charged upon return and reimbursement of the initial purchase amount. In this case, shipping costs will be held from the initial purchase amount. For made-to-order items, there will be no reimbursement of the initial purchase amount for rejected and returned deliveries.
SHONE PUIPIA cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
Returns & Exchanges
All unworn stock items may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of you receiving your order. Exchanges can only be made based on stock availability.
All made-to-order and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you want to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com with the following information: order number, name on the order, email address the order was made with, and your request. Upon receiving your request, we will send you the return label.
You are responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other expenses. Shipping fees associated with making returns are thus the responsibility of you and will be deducted from your refund. When making a return, the shipping costs of both the return shipment and the initial shipping fee will be held from the reimbursement of your initial purchase amount.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our refund policy.
Please note that we cannot accept a return before delivery has taken place.
As a condition for refund, the returned item(s) will undergo a quality control check. The item(s) should be returned new, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid any marks on the soles until you have decided to keep them.
Please wrap your item(s) safely and securely to avoid any damages that can be made in transit. We are unable to accept any returns that have been damaged due to the shipping process.
Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed and altered will not be accepted or refunded and shall be sent back to you at your expense.
Once approved, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and another 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account used for the purchase. SHONE PUIPIA only credits the card used for the initial purchase to limit the use of stolen credit cards.
Damages and Faulty Issues
All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are shipped to customers. However, if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition that is caused by manufacturing defects, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order and we will offer a new replacement with complimentary shipping. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
SHONE PUIPIA reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange on any product that does not meet our policy and requirements and shall be sent back to you at your expense.
